Refunds, Exchanges, Defective Items

Refunds

Refunds are only performed in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, within 3 days after receiving your purchase. Refunds will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax.  Please let us know you would like a refund immediately so we may issue you a return shipping label at no cost to you.  Adjustments to credit cards should appear within two billing cycles after we received your return package.  Item(s) must be in new condition (not worn), and accompanied with a print out of your online purchase receipt for proof of return validation.  Item(s) do not have to be sealed in their original wrapper. Exchanges

Item(s) can be exchanged only within 3 days only if the product has come to you defective.  To issue an exchange, please email support@maxjewelryinc.com so we may issue you a return shipping label at no cost to you.  Item(s) must be in new condition (not worn), and accompanied with a print out of your online purchase receipt for proof of exchange validation.  Item(s) do not have to be sealed in their original wrapper.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received damage or defective items, please contact us immediately by sending an email to support@maxjewelryinc.com or calling us at 212.391.9335 within 3 days after receiving your purchase.  We will make every reasonable effort to replace your item quickly as possible with a full replacement at no additional cost to you.
